Lift Kits for Porsche Cayenne, VW Touareg & Audi Q7 (8)

Lift kits and suspension geometry correction for the Porsche Cayenne, VW Touareg and Audi Q7 — the shared PL71 platform. Gen 1 (2002–2010) and Gen 2 (2011–2018) covered.

How much lift do you need? Two inches is the practical sweet spot: it clears larger all-terrain tyres and keeps the factory ride quality intact. Three inches is the maximum-clearance option for serious trail work, but it pushes suspension geometry further out of spec and needs more correction parts.

Air or steel spring? If your vehicle has factory air suspension, the spacer-based kits keep it. The 2-inch steel spring kit is the air-delete route — the right call when the air system is failing and you want to be done with it.

Read this before you buy. Lifting a PL71 changes driveline angles. Past roughly 2 inches you will need tubular upper control arms to bring camber back into spec, and a subframe drop kit to stop axle bind. Lifted air suspension also needs adjustable level sensor links or the car will read the new ride height as a fault and throw warnings. Those parts are all in this collection — our PL71 lift geometry guide explains exactly what you need at each height.
