Shipping Information

All Overlandtrek products are manufactured at our own facility in China and shipped directly from our production line to your door. We do not maintain a US or European warehouse — your order ships internationally, with all customs handled by us.

Delivery Times

Delivery takes 4–6 weeks worldwide, from order to your door. This is a total door-to-door estimate covering dispatch, international transit, and customs clearance.

Everything in our catalogue is held in stock. If you need an item by a specific date, contact us at info@overlandtrek.com before ordering.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is a flat rate based on your order total, and the same rates apply to every country we ship to:

• Orders up to $1,289.00 USD: $99 shipping
• Orders from $1,289.01 to $1,999.99 USD: $199 shipping
• Orders of $2,000 USD or more: free shipping

If you shop in another currency, these amounts are converted and shown in your local currency at checkout.

Shipping Carriers & Tracking

We ship via DHL, FedEx, UPS & other international shipping service provider. You will receive a tracking number and tracking link by email once your order has been dispatched.

Customs & Import Duties

We handle all customs duties and import taxes on international shipments. For the large majority of orders, the price you see at checkout is the price you pay — nothing further is due, and your order is delivered to your door.

Where local rules require your involvement

A small number of countries do not permit a foreign seller to act as importer of record. In those cases, local law requires the receiving customer to be registered as the importer, which means two things can apply:

• We may need your tax identification number before we can ship. Customs in these countries will not release a shipment without it. We will contact you by email to request it — your order is not delayed beyond the time it takes you to reply.
• Certain local taxes may be billed to you directly on arrival. Where a customs authority assesses these against the registered importer, we cannot pay them on your behalf even though we would prefer to.

This affects a small minority of destinations. If your order is affected, we contact you before we ship — so you will know what is required, and roughly what it will cost, before your goods are in transit. You are never left to discover a charge when the courier arrives.

Warranty

All Overlandtrek products come with a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. If a product fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace it at no charge.

Our warranty covers:

• Structural failures and manufacturing defects
• Hardware and fitment issues caused by production error

Our warranty does not cover:

• Damage from accidents, misuse, or improper installation
• Normal wear and tear
• Modifications not performed or authorised by Overlandtrek

Making a Warranty Claim

To make a warranty claim, email info@overlandtrek.com with your order number, photographs of the issue, and a brief description of the problem. We will respond with next steps.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns of unused, uninstalled items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in resalable condition.

To start a return, contact us at info@overlandtrek.com with your order number. We will confirm the return address and next steps before you ship anything back — please do not return items without contacting us first.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect, an incorrect item being sent, or another error on our part.

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have additional statutory rights, including a 14-day right of withdrawal. Full details are set out in our Refund Policy.
