Off-Road Front Bumper for the VW Touareg Gen 2 (2011–2017)

A front bumper built specifically for the second-generation Volkswagen Touareg. The Gen 2 is a different vehicle to the Gen 1 underneath — different front-end structure, and driver-assist hardware the earlier car never had — so a Gen 1 bumper will not fit. This one is cut for the 7P platform.

The 6 mm manganese steel winch plate is included as standard, rated for winches up to 12,000 lb (5,443 kg), with a centered fairlead opening that accepts synthetic rope or steel cable. The winch itself is sold separately.

What matters most on this platform is what it preserves. The bumper includes cutouts for the factory parking sensors and the radar sensor mount, so the Gen 2's driver-assist features keep working after installation — something many aftermarket bumpers for this vehicle simply delete.

Built in-house from high-carbon manganese steel: 50 mm tube, 3 mm wall, 5 mm plate, fully e-coated inside and out. 38 kg for the bumper alone; a 12,000 lb winch typically adds another 35–40 kg, so plan for 75–80 kg total and consider heavier front springs if you're running one. Bolt-on to factory points — no cutting, drilling, or welding.
