Off-Road Front Bumpers for the VW Touareg Gen 1 (2002–2010)

Front bumpers for the first-generation Volkswagen Touareg, covering both the 2002–2007 pre-facelift and the 2008–2010 facelift. The two share a chassis with the Porsche Cayenne 955 and 957 but use different front-end panels, so bumpers are cut specifically for each — check your year before ordering.

Available as a low-profile off-road bumper for maximum approach angle, or with an integrated bull bar adding upper front-end protection and lighting mounts. All are manufactured in-house from high-carbon manganese steel — 50 mm tube, 3 mm wall, 5 mm plate — with full e-coating inside and out.

Every Touareg front bumper includes a 6 mm manganese steel winch plate rated to 12,000 lb (5,443 kg) as standard, at no extra cost. The winch is sold separately. Installation uses factory mounting points with no cutting, drilling, or welding, and is fully reversible.
