VW Touareg Gen 2 (7P) Off-Road Parts ⁽³⁾

Off-road parts for the VW Touareg Gen 2 (7P, 2011–2018) — winch-ready front bumper, roof rack and lift kit.

Important: the Gen 2 Touareg is a different platform from the Gen 1. It shares its architecture with the Porsche Cayenne 958 rather than the 7L, so Gen 1 bumpers, skid plates and lift kits do not fit — and neither do 955/957 Cayenne parts. Everything on this page is confirmed for the 7P specifically.

The Gen 2 kept the low-range transfer case and centre diff lock on properly equipped models, so the mechanical capability is still there. What it lost was clearance and underbody protection, which is where a lift and a steel front bumper earn their place.

The front bumper carries a 6 mm manganese steel winch plate rated to 12,000 lb as standard. The lift kit is a full suspension system rather than a spacer kit, so it corrects geometry rather than just raising the body.
