INEOS Grenadier Off-Road Winch Front Bumper (2023+)
Heavy-duty off-road front bumper for the INEOS Grenadier (2023+), built to carry a winch and protect the front end on trail. Built from high-carbon manganese steel with 50 mm (1.97 in) tube and a 6 mm (0.236 in) winch plate rated for winches up to 12,000 lb, fully e-coated inside and out. It bolts to the factory mounting points with no cutting, drilling, or welding, and is fully reversible.

Is a winch plate included?
Yes. Every Overlandtrek front bumper ships with a 6 mm (0.236 in) manganese steel winch plate rated to accept winches up to 12,000 lb (5,443 kg) — you don't need to buy one separately. The winch unit itself is not included.
How thick is the steel?
The tube is 50 mm (1.97 in) diameter with a 3 mm wall — 0.118 in, or roughly 11-gauge. The mounting plate is 5 mm (0.197 in), which is thicker than the 3/16 in plate commonly used on comparable bumpers. The winch plate is thicker again at 6 mm (0.236 in).
How much does this bumper weigh?
55 kg (121 lb). Added front-end weight may cause slight nose sag on stock suspension — owners also fitting a winch should consider heavier front springs or a levelling kit. Two people are recommended for installation.
Will this fit my Grenadier?
Yes — fits both the Station Wagon and Quartermaster variants, 2023 and newer.
Do I need to cut or drill anything?
No. Direct bolt-on using factory mounting points.
Can I mount lights on this bumper?
Yes — built-in provisions accept LED light bars and pod lights. Lighting sold separately.
