Shipping Information
All Overlandtrek products are manufactured in China and shipped directly from our production facility. We do not maintain a US warehouse — your order ships internationally from China to your door.
Lead Times
- In-stock items: Typically dispatched within 3–7 business days
- Built-to-order items: Production time is approximately 2–4 weeks before dispatch

Shipping Carriers & Tracking
We ship via DHL, FedEx, or UPS. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.
Customs & Import Duties
We handle all customs duties and import taxes on international shipments — no surprise charges at delivery. The price you see is the price you pay, with everything taken care of on our end.
Warranty
All Overlandtrek products come with a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. If a product fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace it at no charge.
Our warranty covers:
- Structural failures and manufacturing defects
- Hardware and fitment issues caused by production error
Our warranty does not cover:
- Damage from accidents, misuse, or improper installation
- Normal wear and tear
- Modifications not performed or authorised by Overlandtrek
To make a warranty claim, email info@overlandtrek.com with your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns of unused, uninstalled items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@overlandtrek.com with your order number. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or our error.
Built-to-order items are non-refundable unless they arrive defective.
