Refund & Return Policy
We strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. Please review our refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase.
Returns
Unused items may be returned within 30 days of receipt, but they are subject to a 15% restocking fee. To process a return, customers must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Form by contacting us directly. This form must be included with the return shipment.
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. A refund will be issued once the returned items have been received and inspected for any damages. If damages are found or if the return does not meet our return criteria, the refund amount may be adjusted accordingly. If you are purchasing parts for a future build, please keep in mind that the return window is limited to 30 days.
Returns for Installed or Attempted-Fitment Products
If an item has been installed or test-fitted but remains undamaged, it may still be returned within 30 days; however, a 15% restocking fee will be applied.
For items that have been powder-coated, any scratches or cracks will require re-coating, and an additional 10% re-coating fee will be applied to the refund amount.
Non-Returnable Items
Products that have been used and exceed the 30-day return window are not eligible for return unless they are covered under warranty.
Warranty claims are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and will be processed according to the manufacturer's policy. If you believe your item qualifies for a warranty claim, please contact us for further instructions.
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order before it has been fulfilled, please note that a 10% processing fee will be deducted from your refund. This fee covers non-refundable credit card processing and merchant fees incurred at the time of purchase, which we do not get reimbursed for when an order is canceled or refunded.
If an item within an order needs to be removed or canceled without canceling the entire order, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund for that item. This fee also covers non-refundable transaction costs from our payment processor.
For built-to-order items, such as bumpers and rock sliders, cancellations are not permitted after 72 hours from the time of purchase. These items enter the fabrication queue after this period and become non-refundable without exception.
Lost or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, or if you have received a tracking number but have not received your shipment, you must notify us within 30 days of delivery so that we can submit a claim with the carrier. All of our shipments are insured, and we will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Please note that claims cannot be processed beyond the 30-day period. It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect the package upon arrival and report any issues in a timely manner.
Return Process
If you need to initiate a return, please contact us to request an RMA Form. This form must be included with your return shipment to ensure proper processing. Returns without an RMA Form may experience delays or be denied.
