Premium roof rack built from 7075 aluminum alloy for the VW Touareg Gen 2 (7P) and Porsche Cayenne 958. Rated to 200 kg static with meaningfully less roof weight than a steel rack. Bolt-on to factory roof rail points.
Two choices to make above: first your car, then your configuration. The Touareg Gen 2 and the Cayenne 958 use different mounting hardware, so the rack is built for the car you pick from the Select your vehicle dropdown. Then choose under Features — the rack on its own, or the rack together with the rear window molle panel.

Which options should I select?
Two choices. First your car: Porsche Cayenne 958 or VW Touareg Gen 2, both 2011–2018. Then your configuration: the roof rack on its own, or the roof rack together with the rear window molle panel. If you are unsure which your car is, email your VIN to info@overlandtrek.com before you order.
What size is the rack?
The platform measures 200 × 120.5 × 16.5 cm (78.7 × 47.4 × 6.5 in), length × width × height. Height is the rack itself and does not include the factory roof rails it sits on.
What is the load capacity?
The rack is rated at 200 kg static load. Always check your vehicle's factory roof load rating in the owner's manual and do not exceed the lower of the two limits.
Why aluminum instead of steel?
At 28 kg this rack is 5 kg lighter than our steel modular rack while carrying the same 200 kg static rating. Less weight up high means less stress on the roof and better handling, with excellent corrosion resistance.
What is the rear window molle panel?
An optional panel that mounts at the rear window and adds molle-compatible storage for recovery gear, straps, and tools. Choose the second option under Features to include it with the rack.
Do I need factory roof rails installed?
Yes — the rack mounts to the factory roof rail points. If your vehicle does not have factory rails fitted, email info@overlandtrek.com to discuss options.
Can I mount an awning, Rotopax, or jerry cans?
Yes — compatible with standard overland accessories including awnings, Rotopax fuel packs, jerry can holders, and hi-lift jack mounts.
